WEST XYLOPHONE? AT&T and Verizon claim to provide wireless coverage in more countries (220) than actually exist.

    A little silly, but if you add in various semi-autonomous or self-rule entities or states of limited recognition (e.g., Bermuda, Pitcairn Island, Tibet, Hong Kong, Turkish Cyprus, Gibraltar), I bet you could get a number pretty close to 220.
